Ordinary termination

Please specify when the ordinary termination should take effect? You can also specify “As soon as possible”. If you do not provide any information or if the earliest possible termination date is after the specified desired date, we will assume that termination should take place at the earliest possible date.

Extraordinary termination

Please state the reason for your extraordinary termination.

Submission of the notice of termination

By clicking on the “Cancel now” button below, you can send us your cancellation with the information you provided. You can save your declaration of termination with the date and time of submission on a durable data medium so that it can be seen that the declaration of termination was submitted by pressing the confirmation button. We will also confirm receipt of the notice of termination by email to the email address provided.

We will process the personal data you provide for the purpose of processing the cancellation and, if your contractual partner is not us but a publisher, we will forward it to them. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letters b) and c) GDPR (performance of the contract and fulfillment of our legal obligations in accordance with Section 312k BGB).
